Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work at Native Canadian Smokes.
1. 14-Day Return Window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Eligibility
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- All tags, seals and accessories must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Rolling papers, filters, and any consumables (for hygiene reasons)
- Used vaporizers or items with broken seals
- Sale or clearance items marked "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
4. How to Return
Email returns@nativecanadiansmokes.net with your order number. We'll send a return authorization and shipping instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
5. Refunds
Once we inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived broken or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace it or issue a full refund — including shipping.
