Shipping Policy

Native Canadian Smokes ships discreetly across Canada via Canada Post. All packages are plain and unbranded for your privacy.

1. Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD (after discounts)
• Standard shipping: $12.99 CAD (3-7 business days)
• Express shipping: $24.99 CAD (1-3 business days)

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Etobicoke, ON warehouse. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

3. Where We Ship

We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. Currently we do not ship outside of Canada.

4. Age Verification at Delivery

Canada Post requires a signature from a person 19 years or older upon delivery. Valid government-issued photo ID may be requested. Packages cannot be left at the door.

5. Discreet Packaging

All orders ship in plain boxes or padded envelopes with no branding or product descriptions visible from the outside.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once tracking shows "Delivered", Native Canadian Smokes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact Canada Post first to file a claim.

7. Taxes & Duties

Applicable GST/HST/PST will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping province.
